Caring properly for your jewellery ensures it's longevity and helps avoid unneccessary repairs. Periodical cleaning of jewellery is neccessary to prevent or remove any tarnish, and any other build up of external particles like perfume, hair products, skin cells and dirt.
- Avoid dropping porcelain, or tugging or catching the bells
- To clean - silver chain only - Wipe gently with a silver polishing cloth (taking care not to tug on the bells) or
- Bells only - brush gently (taking care not to tangle the chain) with a clean toothbrush and a little warm water & soapy detergent, wash and dry thoroughtly before storing or wearing.
- Both bells and chain - Immerse in silver jewellery dip, following the dip instructions carefully and always wash and dry carefully after before wearing. If the bells are still a little dirty, brush gently (taking care not to tangle the chain) with a clean toothbrush and a little warm water & soapy detergent, wash and dry thoroughtly before storing or wearing.
- Store jewellery individually in soft jewellery pouches or their boxes to avoid damage or tangling.
- It is advisable to remove jewellery when doing manual labour (like gardening or cleaning), exercising/playing sports or undertaking anything where jewellery may become caught.

*Extended return/exchange policy for Christmas - any items (excluding earrings for hygiene reasons & commission pieces) purchased between 16th Nov - 24th Dec are available to return or exchange until 24th Jan. All other details of the return and refund policy remain the same.
All returns are paid for by the customer and are not free of charge. Please contact us should you wish to return your jewellery. You can return the item(s) to us via your preferred courier. Any delays or losses in transit will be at your own risk.
UK Next Day and Saturday Delivery fees are non-refundable.
Note earrings are excluded from the returns policy due to hygiene reasons, and commission pieces are excluded as they are made to order.
All items returned as faulty will be inspected and any item displaying damage deemed to be a result of misuse, accidental damage or fair wear and tear caused by you will not be accepted as faulty. Should this be the case, and a jewellery repair is required, a quote will be provided before any work is undertaken.
